Yoga Chi Gung is a combination primarily of Indian Hatha Yoga and Chinese Chi Gung. It is body friendly, can be utilised by the average person and has been developed to suit Western society. It has a potent effect on activating the immune system, accelerating self-healing and catalysing self-awareness. The practices create greater body-mind integration, mental clarity, emotional stability, increased vitality and physical health. The student becomes empowered on every level of their being. The practices are divided into four levels and are taught in a course format. Included in each level is a manual for each student, with each course building on the previous level. Course fees are $95 per person per level and courses are conducted over a nine week period. Class numbers have been limited to 15 for students to gain maximum benefit.
