Level 1: Moving Into Stillness

The practices utilised in this level are preparations for Levels Two to Four. They are a combination of exercises from Awareness through Movement, Yoga, Chi Gung and The Alexander Technique.

Content:

Essential breathing.
Postural awareness, standing, sitting, lying, and moving easefully and gracefully.
Integration movement patterns.
Deep relaxation.
