A
program of scientifically validated nutritional research for clinical practice. Selected
kinesiology techniques of the empirically validated energy model have been
applied to scientifically proven and accepted orthomolecular nutritional
material. The
extensive hair tissue mineral analysis research and practice of Dr David Watts
provides the basis of the Nutritional BioKinetic approach.
The effects of the neuroendocrine system on the metabolic or oxidative
rate in large part determine the person’s nutritional status.
Under various stressors of life, neuroendocrine adaptation alters
metabolic functioning and the relative retention or excretion of key mineral
nutrients, as well as changing digestion, absorption and cellular utilisation of
such nutrients. The research of Carey A. Reams and his “Equation of Life” are used to balance the acid/alkaline condition of the body, particularly as it relates to the influence on digestion and absorption. Energy transference in the form of electrical or ionic energy from food, to fuel the metabolism is the central theme in that this requires balanced acid-alkaline levels. Improper electromagnetic or ionic resonances of organs, glands and nerves hamper nutritional processes. Frequently, imbalances of these frequencies are secondary to deep seated psychological stress that has been suppressed and to which the body has adapted – but at a price. Even
though the individual may be eating and supplementing appropriately, chronic
lowered nutritional status is the outcome.
Kinesiological diffusion of such stressors produces immediate life
enhancing results. The
use of select advanced kinesiology methods qualifies and quantifies
bioindividual nutritional needs. Nutritional
BioKinetics is a must for serious nutritionally oriented practitioner seeking a
focused and highly effective kinesiology approach. What
Nutritional BioKinetics provides for you…
Prerequisite: NBK is a four-day course for serious practitioners. Prior to attending Nutritional BioKinetics, students who have not attended the Touch For Health Synthesis are required to attend the two-day Basic BioKinetics workshop. Those who have completed Touch For Health Synthesis are only required to attend the second day of Basic BioKinetics. Students are also required to pass the competency assessment from required reading texts prior to attending the practical class.
